VISITOR ACCESS (all participants)
Upon arrival, present your QR code at the security gate along with a Real ID or valid passport. Students taking the shuttle will complete this process together.
Students and Speakers should proceed to Wilson Hall for welcome, check-in and badging.
The Saturday Career fair exhibitors will need to proceed to the Aspen East Welcome and Access Center for visitor processing, prior to coming to Wilson Hall.
All participants should make sure to wear the Business Visitor (BV) badge at all times while on the Fermilab campus.
DIRECTIONS TO FERMILAB
Fermilab’s two entrances are located at the intersections of Kirk Road/Pine Street and near Batavia Road/Rt 59 in Batavia, Illinois. Security gates are located at both entrances. For faster processing, it is strongly recommended that visitors arrive at the Batavia Road/Rt 59 entrance on their first day of arrival only.
