As DOE O 142.3A, Unclassified Foreign Visits and Assignments Program (FVA) applies not only to physical access to DOE sites, technologies, and equipment, but also information, all remote events hosted by Fermilab must comply with FVA requirements. This includes participant registration and agenda review. Please contact Melissa Ormond, FVA Manager, with any questions.


ZOOM meetings Lab policy: You absolutely must not post Zoom meeting IDs on any public website unless you set a password to protect the meeting/event. Of course, do not post the password on any public website, either.

Participant cancellations - pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a $100 USD processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing by 8 September 2018. Cancellations after 8 September 2018 will result in forfeiture of the entire delegate registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the INTDS 2018 organizers.
Sponsorship cancellations - pre-paid sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to intds2018@frib.msu.edu
Payment is appreciated upon registering with a Visa or MasterCard.  By choosing credit card as your payment type in when registering, you will be re-directed to the FRIB CASHNet store to submit your credit card payment.  INTDS 2018 also accepts certified checks (payable to Michigan State University) and bank transfers (email intds2018@frib.msu.edu for information).  Payment is expected within 14 days of registering.
INTDS 2018 will accept credit cards and checks only for on-site registration. 

Sponsors - payment is appreciated upon registering via the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) CASHNet store with a Visa or MasterCard.  Invoices can be provided upon request only for payment of Sponsorship Fees. Should you require an invoice, please send an email to intds2018@frib.msu.edu.
