**Registration Will Open 11 May 2018 For Students Who Have Been Accepted**
A registration fee of $450 is being charged for participation in this School. This fee covers coffee breaks, transportation and administrative costs of organizing the meeting.
Fermi Research Alliance, LLC will host the following events:
- Welcome Reception at Embassy Suites on Monday 20 August
- Networking and Pizza night at Embassy Suites on Thursday 23 August
- Closing Banquet at Two Brothers Brewery Roundhouse onThursday 30 August
The following housing arrangements are available all rates will be paid directly to the hotel and all applicable taxes apply.
Shared Room 2 queen suites - $125/night 2 people, separate beds cost is split $62.50/night
Single Room (King Suite) - $125/night- 1 person, one bed
~all above rates do not include hotel taxes. Lodging tax is currently at 10.24%
~Students will be paying hotel directly in advance for their room
- All room rates are per night.
- All rooms are for 12 nights; arriving on Sunday,19 August and departing on 31 August 2018.
- Attendees are responsible for any additional nights/expenses at their own expense.
