Getting to Argonne from Chicago O’Hare/Midway international airports:
There are two options for getting to ANL from the airport. Either you rent a car at the airport, or you reserve a limousine using one of the following two companies:
* Flag Limo - 630-357-5257
* United Limo - 800-331-9037
Note that the registration form will give you the option of selecting a limousine pickup from the airport, so please make sure to select this option if you need this service so the limo driver can be granted access to the lab. The price ranges between $60-$100, depending on the time of the day.
Accessing Argonne National Laboratory:
Participants arriving during working hours will pick up their gate pass at the Visitor Reception Center before proceeding through the gate. Please be sure to bring your original passport and/or United States Government issued identification with you. In addition if you are not a United States citizen be sure to bring your original citizenship documents (i.e. visas, DS2019, etc.) with you in order to receive your gate pass. If you arrive after working hours, the main gate will have a list of all of the conference attendees who will be allowed on-site if they arrive after hours.
