188. Plasma Acceleration for fixed target experiments

Description
Plasma accelerators have already demonstrated the ability to generate multi-GeV beams from relatively compact devices. On the way to developing applications such as green-field colliders or energy boosters/afterburners, there might be other HEP applications using lower flux high-energy electrons. We will review and discuss the possibilities of such fixed target experiments.
