Batavia:
- El Taco Grande: A very good Mexican restaurant. Popular, so reservations recommended.
- Aliano's: New Italian restaurant. Quite good.
- Tusk: Thai restaurant. Very good. Reasonably priced. BYOB
- Thai Village: Yes, Batavia has two good Thai restaurant (there's even a third, but I haven't eaten there). Also BYOB.
- (on Kirk Rd) Country House: Right next to the Comfort Inn. Bar and grill. Hearty and resonably priced.
- Downtown Geneva has a nice walking area and a number of good restaurants.
- Those of you who are staying at the Hyatt House are not far from the Cantera shopping mall, which has many (mostly chain) restaurants. I'm sure the hotel shuttle will take you there.
- If the weather is nice, downtown Naperville is very pleasant to walk around and there are a number of restauarants. Just follow the directions to the conference dinner, park, and stroll.
- Two Brothers Roundhouse (formerly Walter Peyton's Roundhouse): Very good and unique restaurant and brewpub. It was the second choice for the collaboration dinner.
