Venue
The TTC2023 will be held at Fermilab in Wilson Hall. Fermilab is located about 33 miles SW from O'Hare international airport and about 40 miles W from Chicago Midway International airport.
The event's meeting rooms are:
- One West (WH 1W) and the Atrium (WH Atrium) on the 1st floor
- Curia II (WH 2SW) and the Crossover (WH 2XO) on the 2nd floor
Lunches will be provided to participants on the 2nd floor crossover (WH 2XO).
Coffee breaks will be provided to participants on the Atrium Level (WH Atrium).
The optional, pre-registered dinner will be provided on the 2nd floor crossover (WH 2XO).
Public Transportation to Fermilab
Transportation to and from Chicago O'Hare Airport or Midway Airport is available by limousine, taxi or car rental. Transportation to and from the Geneva local commuter is available by Pace Call-n-Ride.
Car rental
All of the usual rental companies (such as Hertz, Avis, Budget and National) are located at the airports.

Public transportation
Pace's regional Call-n-Ride bus service serves Fermilab, areas of Batavia and the Geneva local commuter Metra train station on the Union Pacific West line.
