Once registered for the TTC2023 meeting through Indico, all foreign nationals must upload documents into FermiWorks/Workday.
A Workday account will be created, and you will receive email instructions from FermiWorks at FNAL <fermilab@myworkday.com> along with your username. In a separate email, you will receive a temporary password that should be copied and pasted into the password field when you first login.
If you experience issues with your temporary password and require a password reset, please contact Evelynn Mendez <evelynn@fnal.gov> for assistance.
Once FermiWorks onboarding and initial documentation has been completed, your status will remain in the Pending FermiWorks step #5 (see Image 1 below) until your I-94 documentation is uploaded (upon arrival into the U.S.).
Although your onsite access process will be stalled pending I-94 documentation, invitation letters can be generated prior to U.S. arrival, for Visa application purposes. Please see the Immigration information - Invitation Letters section for further instructions.
Please upload your passport for the second time (ESTA can also be uploaded in place of I-94) when prompted to log in and complete the FermiWorks onboarding tasks (see the example email below that you will receive asking you to complete these tasks).
