The area available for your poster has width 4 feet (122 cm) and height 4 feet (122 cm). The poster spaces will be clearly marked with the board number. Posters should be legible from a distance. The title of the poster, name(s) of author(s) and institution should be on the poster.
Posters should be mounted (mounting materials will be supplied by the conference) between 8:00am - 4:00pm on Monday, 29 May 2017, or 8:00am - 4:00pm on Tuesday, 30 May 2017 and manned from 7:00pm - 9:00.pm on Tuesday, 30 May 2017. Snacks and a cash bar will be offered.
Posters can remain mounted until Thursday, 1 June 2017 at 12:00pm. All posters remaining after 12:00pm will be removed and recycled.
The European Physical Journal A (Springer) is sponsoring three poster awards of $300, $200, and $100 for the first, second, and third best posters, respectively. The poster award winner placed first will have the opportunity to give a 10-minute oral presentation on the last day of the conference in the session after the lunch break.
