Post-doctoral students and fellows should register using early and late registration. Students enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program are eligible for the student registration option.
All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee, including invited speakers.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, certified check or money order and bank transfers. Onsite payment may be made in the form of credit card, certified check, or money order - cash will NOT be accepted onsite. All checks must be in USD and drawn on a US bank, and should be made payable to "Michigan State University".

Registration is Required for Admission to the Conference
Admission to the conference is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee. Delegates who have made late payments should bring a proof of payment to the conference for registration check-in.
Advance Registration Cutoff Date
Advance registration online will be available until Monday, 1 May 2017. After that, please register on-site. On-site registration will open at 1:00 PM on Sunday, 28 May 2017.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the ARIS 2017 Local Organizing Committee at aris217@frib.msu.edu. For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a $100 USD processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing by Monday, 24 April 2017. Cancellations after 24 April 2017 may result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the organizers. Refunds will be made by credit card or check, depending on the original payment method.
Please do not send us sensitive information by e-mail such as bank account, credit card, driver's license, identity card, or passport numbers. Such information should be submitted only through the secure registration website or mail.
