The fees for the school are the following:
- In order to facilitate participation, school tuition has been waived.
- There will be required fee of $150 to cover the cost of local transportation from hotel, refreshments and social activities.
- Hotel cost: Courtyard by Marriott Naperville
- Single occupancy: $119 / night + tax
- Students requesting single occupancy must book their room using the booking link provided on the registration page in order to obtain this discounted rate.
- Double occupancy: $59 / night + tax per person
- The Fermilab Conference Office will handle reservations for double occupancy rooms. Please fill in the relevant sections of the registration form.
- We will make roommate assignments for those requesting double occupancy, but who do not specify a roomate
- Single occupancy: $119 / night + tax
Payment of fees will be due at registration, after applications have been accepted.
The available funding for the school this year does not permit us to extend assistance for travel or lodging.
