Audio/Hearing
- Live captioning will be available. Closed captions from a human interpreter will be displayed on the screen and available on the Zoom Webinar when you turn on closed captions. Please follow these instructions on how to enable captions on Zoom.
- ASL interpretation will be provided. To view ASL interpretation on Zoom Webniar, please follow these instructions. There will be a screen in the Ramsey Auditorium where the ASL interpreter will be displayed. Special seats will be reserved close to this screen.

Visual
- Special seatings for the visually impaired will be available.
Mobility
- All rooms and buildings will be wheelchair-accessible and furniture will be arranged to preserve this access.
- Meals and break stations will be arranged to make it possible to wait in line while seated.

Private space
- Participants who require access to private space for breastfeeding, pumping, medical, or religious reasons please contact [email protected].
