This meeting is considered public. Visitors without a current Fermilab ID badge should enter through the Batavia Road – East Gate entrance. Refer to the Fermilab site map for guidance. On-site participants will be issued a sticker at the gate. Please plan to present a REAL ID to Security. If you are a Foreign National please note that your Passport counts as a REAL ID.
Your sticker will grant you access to the meeting; however you will not be permitted to access non-public areas of the lab.
For on-site participants that previously received a QR code and directions to check-in at the Aspen East Welcome and Access Center, please disregard those earlier instructions.
