Welcome to the registration page for the hybrid P5 Town Hall meeting at Fermilab. Both in-person and remote participants MUST register, and there is NO registration fee.
Registration for in-person participation closed on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 9:00 am Central.
Remote participants can register at any time and Zoom information will be provided to all registered participants regardless of in-person or virtual attendance.
Please note that you may not appear instantaneously in the "participant list" while your registration is processed. You will be listed in the “participant list”, and receive a confirmation email, once registration is approved. Onsite participants will be contacted with further instructions and steps regarding on-site access.
