There will be a voluntary online proceedings. Deadlines, which will be after the workshop, are below.
Plenary contributions can be up to six pages. Parallel and poster contributions can be up to four pages. This will be a two-step process for parallel contributions, which will be lightly reviewed. First, parallel contributions should be sent to maury.goodman@anl.gov or nufact2024@gmail.com. Volunteers from the Nufact organizing committee will review contributions and make suggestions.
Plenary contributions, and parallel contributions which have been modified (if necessary) after review, should be posted on the arXiv, and the arXiv number should be reported to us. Then they will be linked from this workshop page, as soon as they are available. Titles should be followed by "Contribution to the 25th International Workshop on Neutrinos from Accelerators". The format should be .pdf. Authors should be “name – for the ABC collaboration.
On or before 15 October 2024: Notify us if a speaker intends to write a proceedings. On or before 13 December 2024: Submit proceedings to nufact2024 On or before 31 December 2024: We will lightly review proceedings for clarity and notify authors. On or before 31 January 2025: Authors post proceedings on arXiv: and we will provide a link on the Nufact 2024 proceedings page. Please keep these dates in mind while going through any collaboration approval process.
