File type: Posters must be uploaded in .pdf format and must be uploaded on Indico by Monday morning (Sept 16).
Format A0 (W x H = 841mm x 1189mm), portrait orientation.
Please note that it will NOT be possible to print posters at the conference venue. Fonts and colors: Choose easily legible fonts. The minimum font size is 28 pt. All texts must be readable from a minimum distance of 2 meters. Choose color schemes that are friendly to people with color-vision deficiency.
The poster session will take place on Monday (Sept 16) in APS (building 402, Lower Gallery) between 4-6.15 pm CT. Designated judges will be visiting your posters during that time.
Please bring your posters to the venue during the 1st coffee break on Monday (10.30-10.50 am) and use the allocated boards with your Indico submission number (check your number in advance! there will be pins on the boards). The posters can stay on the boards until Thursday (Sept 19).
The three poster winners will be notified by Tuesday (Sept 17) and will be giving a 3-min presentation of their posters on Friday (Sept 20) during one of the plenary slots (9.30-9.55 am).
