Sponsorship Opportunities

The 2017 International Beam Instrumentation Conference (IBIC) will be held at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA from Sunday, 20 August through Thursday, 24 August 2017. Approximately 250 people are expected to attend this event which is hosted by the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to the IBIC 2017 Local Organizing Committee at ibic2017@frib.msu.edu.
 
Cancellations of pre-paid sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

Payment is appreciated upon registering via the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) CASHNet store with a Visa or MasterCard.  Invoices can be provided upon request only for payment of Sponsorship Fees. Should you require an invoice, please send an email to ibic2017@frib.msu.edu.  Payment is expected within 30 days of registering.

Company Logos/Artwork
All sponsors are required to supply an electronic version of their logo (300dpi) for inclusion in the conference program and on the conference website.  Sponsors will be contacted for graphics to be used in promotional materials and on conference website after full payment has been received.  Conference Guide Ad sponsors will need to submit artwork no later than 1 July 2017.
