LBNF/DUNE-US NS Storage and Assembly Planning Workshop - 1st meeting

US/Central
Description

Purpose: Provide input to a comprehensive approach to storage space and temporary assembly space at Fermilab for the LBNFDUNE beamline and detectors. The lab’s property and logistics team has asked us to provide a single source for this information (they are also working on PIPII needs).

  • Discuss what space is needed for multiple purposes.
  • Engage Batavia-based Fermilab logistics managers
  • Engage other Fermilab space managers since it’s not just warehouse space that’s required
  • Include PIP-II representatives as observers as they desire/are able

2 meetings:
1st to generally define the issue
2nd ~ 4 weeks later to come back with information and discuss what the needs are
