Registration involves two parts.
The first part is to provide details, such as your information, type of registration (on-site, remote), dietary requirements, what activities you will join (poster session, conference dinner, excursions), and handle payment. This part alone does not grant access to Argonne (as highlighted on the summary page).
The second part is to complete the Argonne Visitor Form, which is required to gain access to Argonne. A link to this form is found on the summary page of registration and will be in your confirmation email. We recommend you do this immediately after the first part. Please note that if you are staying onsite at the Guest House (for accommodation options, please see here), it is important to include all days of your stay in this part of the registration.
General information:
Early registration is open until August 15. The fee for in-person is 300 USD. An additional cost of 80 USD is added for registrations later than August 15.
Lunch packages can be added to the registration for 18 USD per day. There is an additional fee for the banquet of 65 USD.
Wednesday afternoon is free time. We offer a tour to Fermilab or a trip downtown Chicago, where we will provide buses to and from popular destinations (roughly from 2 to 8 p.m.). All other arrangements are to be made at your discretion. Tours of Argonne facilities will be offered during the week over the lunch breaks.

The fees for NuFact 2024:
In-person participation (early) by 08/15: $300 USD
In-person participation (late) after 08/15: $380 USD
Virtual participation by 09/06: $50 USD
Lunch packages per selected day: $18 USD
Conference banquette on 09/19: $65 USD
