The goal of the workshop is to bring experimentalists and theorists together to discuss the state and systematic uncertainties of the models in this critical region for the current and future long-baseline neutrino oscillation program. Although we aim to have detailed discussions amongst the experts, we strongly encourage early-career physicists working on this topic to attend.
