Meeting Goal
The purpose of this HEP-CCE collaboration meeting is to:
-
Carry out a self-assessment of where we are at this point as a project (roughly three years after the start of the planned activities) for PPS, IOS and EG
- Plan in detail area activities until the end of the current funding cycle (FY23), keeping in mind possible activities beyond FY23.
Our FY23 Planning document will be the starting point for the detailed planning - Provide input on current and future priorities. This list of questions may help organize your thoughts.
Registration
Both in-person and remote participants need to register to attend the meeting. The Zoom link will only be shared with people who have registered.
For in-person attendees, there is a $50 registration fee for coffee breaks and lunch. There is no registration fee for remote participants.
Important: All non-U.S. citizens must complete the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form—in addition to the Indico registration form—and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) by March 28, 2023 in order to attend this workshop in-person or to attend virtually. Please follow the instructions on the "Additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Registration" page to complete the form.
In summary, there are up to 3 steps involved to complete the registration, depending on your participation type and citizenship:
1. Register on Indico (everyone)
2. Make payment (for in-person participants only)
3. Complete BNL Guest Registration form (non-US citizens only, both in-person and virtual participants)
Hotel Accommodations
We have blocked a limited number of rooms at Home2 Suites, which is about 5 minutes drive to BNL. The rooms can be reserved at a preferred rate of $147 US/night (plus applicable taxes) and are on a first come, first served basis. Please use the Hotel Reservation link to make a reservation.
