Open session abstract submission: The deadline for abstracts closes on March 16th, 5 pm CT. There is an open session at both Fermilab and Argonne. To submit and for full details, go to https://indico.fnal.gov/event/58272/abstracts/. We specifically encourage submissions from the early career members of our community.
Pre-order food: Please order food (lunch and continental breakfast) from this link https://www.orau.gov/p5townhall. The deadline is March 16th, close of business. Various types of sandwiches can be selected on the day. We recommend that everyone orders food to reduce the load on the cafeteria. A reception will be held Wednesday night with details to follow.
National Academy of Sciences, Committee on Elementary Particle Physics town hall: Will take place on Tuesday morning at Fermilab, Ramsey auditorium, and all attendees are invited to attend. The agenda, live steam link, and a link to submit comments to this town hall are available here:
Details for Fermilab access:
When you arrive at Fermilab, please make your way to the security checkpoint, you will be required to provide a valid compliant form of government-issued photo identification, and you’ll be handed a Visitor Badge that you must wear on your outer clothing for the duration of your visit. As you continue to enter the site, you will see signs on where to park for the P5 event. Handicap parking is available on the West side of Wilson Hall if needed or outside Building 327. Please note that you must remain in the public areas at Fermilab. Please see the Public Areas Map (Fermilab site map (pdf)).

Fermilab Tuesday and Wednesday: Please make your way to the front of Wilson Hall and check-in to receive your name tag in the Wilson Hall Atrium. You will be welcomed into to the Wilson Hall Atrium (1st floor) and the Ramsey Auditorium. If you require access to other areas in Wilson Hall or any other buildings on-site, please contact (iraci@fnal.gov and lsuter@fnal.gov ) as additional paperwork may be required.
Fermilab Monday, Thursday (if not attending ANL), and Friday: For the days surrounding the town hall, public working space has been made available in Building 327, east of Wilson Hall, and we will provide a zoom connection to the ANL town hall. Please see the Public Areas Map (Fermilab site map (pdf)), and signage will be provided. There is no nominal access to Wilson Hall or other buildings on these days. If access to Wilson Hall or other buildings is required, please contact iraci@fnal.gov and lsuter@fnal.gov as additional paperwork may be required.
