This is the page for Registration. The Town Hall will be a hybrid event. Both in-person and remote participants must register.
Registration for in-person participation will close on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 9:00am Central. Remote participants can register at any time and zoom information will be provided to all registered participants regardless of in-person or virtual attendance due to multiple days/locations of the town halls. If you plan to attend partly in-person and partly remote, register as an in-person participant.
You may not appear instantaneously in the "participant list" while your registration is processed. You will be listed in the “participant list”, and receive a confirmation email, once registration is approved. Onsite participants will be contacted with further instructions and steps regarding on site access. This is a separate process and email for Fermilab and Argonne. You will receive an invite and/or QR code from each lab once site access is approved to that lab.
