5th DUNE Near Detector Workshop

US/Central
Fermilab

Fermilab

All sessions will be in Curia II
Description
The primary goal of this workshop is to prepare for the Long-Baseline Neutrino Committee’s (LBNC) review of the near detector complex and sign-off on the reference design. We will also review the documentation we plan to submit for inclusion in the Physics TDR which, of course, will be used by the committee in their evaluation of our plan. Although the reference design for the complex is maturing, we hope to use this workshop to further refine what we consider the reference design to be, strengthen our software development plan and refine our descoping options.
