        ILC Muon Identification, RPC and Scintillator Detector Plane Studies
        Muon identification algorithm development from simple tracking to Kalman filtering, hadron rejection and muon efficiency will be discussed. The R&D program for development of RPC and scintillator barrel detector planes will be described and preliminary results from exposure of detectors in the MTest beam at Fermilab will be presented. Future directions for ILC muon detector research will be presented.
